How to solve this problem in Creo Parametric 8.0.4.0

Hi,

please describe a situation causing the crash.

This means Creo crashed.
PTC Tech Support walks you in troubleshooting Creo with the holistic tool Creo Stability Troubleshooter : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/creo-stability-troubleshooter

Or else you can file a Support case.
If the latter attach, the model, the traceback.log file. TSEs will be able to analyse the log and compare it to our crash signature database.
