File Not supported error (Mathcad prime 9)

Dear PTC members,

 

I created a file in Mathcad Prime 9, but when I try to open it, it gives me the attached error (the file type is not supported). The Mathcad file is attached for reference. 

 

I would really appreciate it if you could guide me on this issue.

That only shows where the log file is located and not the name of the file.

Are you trying to open the file in the same version of MathCAD Prime? Prime 9 Academic save, Prime 9 Academic Open

    Yes, I am using the same version of Mathcad Prime (Academic). For some reasons, I am unable to attach the mathcad file here.

    to upload mcdx file you can also pack it into zip file and upload it using Drag and drop area.
