Free ptc creo for students not sending confirmation?

I have tried a few times in the free software section to recieve creo. Filled out the form etc. No confirmation anywhere. Am I doing something wrong?

    Chrome doesn't work.  Need to use ie

    Hi, Right after submitting the form, you should receive an installation guide.

    1. registered for EDU software

    2.Downloaded CREO 6.0 on EDU page, received the license key

    3. license key FAILS!!!

     

    Please fix this ASAP for CREO 6.0!!

    Hi,

    Product code BK500806ED0790-Y3M9-4RW5 belongs to Creo 5.0, you cannot use it to run Creo 6.0.

    According to https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo6_unistudent_standard.pdf you have to use Product code BK600908EDSTUDENTEDUNI for Creo 6.0 installation.

     

    Also ... please read carefully instructions included in install_creo6_unistudent_standard.pdf.
