Have already installed Creo 10.0 and Visual Studio 2019, but not able to get Toolkit (C++)

Hello, i am new to Creo Customization i don't know to setup the environment for customization project. I have already installed Creo 10.0 and Visual Studio 2019. But not able to get Toolkit (C++). How to move further please guide me.

Hi,

if you used student product codes then you probably do not know that free student license does not allow you to develop Toolkit applications.
