Having problems downloading license

I recently downloaded Creo 12.0. When I attempt to install the license, after I punch in the code provided by the held pdf, I receive an error message.

    Hi,

    AFAIK Product codes related to Creo Parametric 12.4 was not released. Maybe @Alex_Cazacu can provide more information.

    Hello,

     

    You are attempting to install a license server and the code you are using is for a standalone license. Please follow the guide and instead of launching license server run setup.exe.

    Hi Alex,

    Creo 12.0 can be downloaded from https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp page. Unfortunately I am not able to locate PDF files containing installation instructions. I mean something like install_creo12_schools_standard.pdf and install_creo12_unistudent_standard.pdf.
