Having trouble with licensing

Hi all,

I just downloaded Creo 2.0 and when i try to enter the license in the 'simple license entry' box, I am unable to select the box itself to type anything in. I was wondering if this maybe a local issue or if there is a fix. I am also having this problem when i try to install 3.0.
