Ah, this brings back memories. Thanks for posting your exercise, but Ben is correct, you won't learn anything if we do your work for you.
However, if you take a few minutes to analyze the information given to you, I think a starting point will soon appear. Hint, the front view of an orthographic projection is usually the most descriptive and might be a good place to start. (Extra points, I think there is an error in it too. Tell your instructor for some brownie points.)
