HELP! Can't access content on Windchill

We suddenly cannot access content on the Windchill server for FIRST robotics.  We can navigate to the content, but when we try to add parts to the workspace, we get an error message that says we do not have sufficient priviledges and to contact an administrator. I hope this is an easily and quickly resolved issue: we're midway through build season and cannot afford to lose even one day of our schedule.
