Help Installing Pro/Engineer 5.0

I download all of the required files and follow all of the steps for install, but when I go to install the software it remains stuck on 2% and does not ever go past it. It says "copy files," by the way. Can anyone help?

    Can you verify build number and installation platform?

    Are you installing as a user, Domain Admin or local Administrator?

    Is the drive NTFS?
