Help With Instillation

While attempting to download the student version of Pro Engineering, I've come to a hault. It asks for a Product Code that PTC is suppose to send me but I either haven't received it, or am not sure where I can get it. It also asks for a Host ID and I am unaware of where to get that as well. And lastly, is there a number I can call too that can help me with step by step instillation? Thanks for any help
