How Can I tie a flexible rope to a Stand in ProE, example of Simple Pendulum

As a part of my project I'm modelling the design in ProE, I strucked with this flexible rope design and tie this rope to a stand in Proe, will it works in ProE or else I have to go for any other Mechanical Software, If it works in ProE Please give me the solution as early as possible.

    I'm pleased with your answer. I'm happy to share you the details but it was just a small part in the whole mechanism tell me hanging a mass with flexible rope to a stand. I hope you can help me in this matter.
