How do I get my software to support my School licensing for Creo 6.0
This is the window that keeps on popping up. I have tried to reconfigure the software and still no luck. Please, if you have any idea reply or message me.
Hi,
before you run reconfigure you have to delete invalid license file saved in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory.
If product code BK600908EDSTUDENTEDUNI will not work then use following procedure.
- download Creo 9.0
- download and read https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo9_schools_standard.pdf and https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo9_unistudent_standard.pdf
- install Creo 9.0 ... if successfull then installation creates license file in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
- reconfigure Creo 6.0 ... do not enter product code, instead of it enter the path to Creo 9.0 license file in Source field
