How do I transfer Creo Education to a new computer?

I want to use Creo Education on a new computer and remove Creo from the old one, how do I transfer the node-locking license?

Hi JY,

 

Can you please tell me the Creo version you need to transfer to another computer? this way I'll be able to send you a private message with a code to use on your new computer.
