How do you renew a license for an academic (college) Creo license?

Hello,

I downloaded Creo last year when I had access to really hi-speed wifi, as I didn't know when I would actually be taking the Creo class. Now I need to use the software and while it worked last week, now apparently, the license expired on the 28th of August. I don't have access to download the 4 gig file again. (I'm on online student using satelllite speeds). Can I renew my student license without completely uninstalling and redownloading the whole thing?
