How to connect ptc creo to thingworx server

I am using Creo 5.0 and currently facing an issue that I am not able to connect to thingworx server to retrieve sensor data from the server. When I click connect to server it shows error "Connection to thingworx server cannot be established" 

Please help me resolve this error.

I have attached the screenshot of the configuration editor. any help is appreciated
