How to get Creo K12 license?

Have downloaded Creo 11 for my son, installation wizard asks for a sales order number or product code?

 

Help icon below the setup wizard takes us to a link to log in with our PTC userid and login where we are told 

Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges

You are currently setup with a Basic PTC.com Account that does not provide access to this area of eSupport. This means that you may have an active PTC Global Support agreement however you have not yet Upgraded your Account to reflect your Support entitlements. To access this area please Upgrade your account."
 
How does one go about gaining the free access for a student? can't seem to get a license? Son is K12.

Hi,

 

1.] C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory must be empty before you launch setup.exe

 

2.] K-12 students can use Product code BE110908EDSTUDENTEDK12
