The best place to start is the PTC University eLearning section on ptc.com - http://www.ptc.com/training/elearning/. From this page you can:
- View the various eLearning libraries and courses included in each
- Sign up for a 30 day eLearning trial
- Submit a request for follow up by a PTC University training advisor who can explain the libaries and pricing
Hope that helps!
