Hi,

look into C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. How many files do you see ? If you open file/files in Notepad you will see what licenses are included in it.

If license file containing Creo 7.0 license is present, then you can modify parametric.psf file in Creo 7.0 installation ... simply replace Creo 2.0 information (located in Creo 2.0 license file) by Creo 7.0 information (located in Creo 7.0 license file).
