I can not find re-configure.exe when trying to re-new license. Is this a down grading of PTCs academic support?

I've followed what I can find to re-license our schools installations but with no joy.  We need to teach several  groups and have the prospect of non licensed computers and no lesson with Creo.  Any one got a straight forward work around that  can be implemented between lessons?
