I can't install creo 7 because I has showed that I'm underage. It is not true

Dear...
I have issue to download creo 7 for my study. By the registration for the download your system has showed me that I'm underage but that is not true. Therefore I can not download the creo 7 although i will need it for the next coming day. I need help so that i will be able to install the creo 7. I will thankfull and happy of quick and positive answer.
