I don't reach the installation of creo

I recently tried to install creo , so I downloaded the package for creo , but when I run the setup executable nothing happen , help me please

No I don't have any VAR I wanted to dl the school version which is free

1.] what installation package did you download ?

2.] what web page URL did you use ?

3.] in case that you downloaded zip file ... did you unzip this file and launch setup.exe ?

Yeah I unzipped all the files and I temporary cut the firewall , so now what can I do ?
