I have installed Creo 3.0 student version but the program PTC Creo 3.0 is not running

I have installed Creo 3.0 student version but yet the program is not running, Please help me resolve this issue

    Can you give me more details about the issue? If you can include screenshots of any error message, that will help me diagnose the error.

    Hey Chris,

    First of all thanks for being ahead to help me over the issue.

    But I can't add any screenshot here because i have nothing to add here.

    Actually when I runs the program PTC Creo Direct 3.0 then it seems to run but no error messages, no window appears on the screen.
