Question

I installed as per guideline which is provided in site but also Creo parametric is not opening.

It is showing this error at a time of opening creo parametric:- "Creo parametric Student Edition (for education use only) is sutting down because it could not run the Quality agent, which is required in this edition." and also showing "Creo angent did not initialize correctly"

    Hi,

    try following:

    • uninstall PTC Quality agent
    • reboot PC
    • install PTC Quality agent using <INSTALL_PACKAGE>\install\addon\qualityagent_64.msi

    I followed step is given by you in earlier email about Unistall
    PTCqualityagent file and install another Qualityagent file after reeboot
    but also this type of error is coming.

    please publish picture showing details of your steps. I need to know exactly:

    • what item did you uninstall
    • what package did you install
