I recently purchased Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 Student Edition and having software load issues. See picture

It never gets past this point in the install.

    Hi Chris,

    Unfortunately, Creo Elements/Pro 5.0 is no longer officially supported by the PTC Academic Group. I would recommend that you reach out to the support personnel from the vendor who sold it.

    I have moved this to the Academic community to get the right eyes on in.
