I try to open creo and an error pops up saying a need a quality agent can someone help me?

I just installed cero parametric 2.0 student edition and I can't use it because I need a quality agent I'm not sure what that is and I have the program on a laptop so I don't know if that would change anything

    Go to installation folder of Creo (\Creo_2_M200_Win32-64\install\addon) and run qualityagent_32.msi.
