instalation was good. when attempting to open creo parametric i get this. i pressed yes and the sec. screen appeared.

The Quality Agent has a known error in the later versions of Creo 2.0  that has been reported to PTC’s R&D team. In the meantime, our download page has been rolled back to a stable build code. Installing Creo 2.0 M130 should fix the error. You can download M130 here: http://www.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp.

If this doesn’t work, then you can install Creo 3.0 which doesn’t have a problem with the Quality Agent. You can register for the latest version of Creo 3.0 here:
