Installation assistance (Creo)

I removed Creo and reinstalled it. The license still does not work. I asked my school's IT department and 2 instructors who teach Creo to assist. It still does not work. Can anyone help resolve this and install / run the program? Anybody?

Hi,

you have functional installation of Creo 3.0, now. So I think you are satisfied and you can start learning Creo. This is what did you want, I hope.

Error message is related to web page opened in Creo integrated browser. Simply ignore the error. I am sure in future you will learn, how to resolve it. Now resolving the problem is not important for you.

FYI ... this advice was my last advice for this year .

Hi,

1.]

Check whether MAC address mentioned in license file does agree with MAC address of network card installed in your computer.

Attach pictures of license file and output of ipconfig  /all command for me, to check.

2.]

If step 1.] == OK then run installation and drag and drop license file into Source field.

Attach pictures of installation, if you have problems.

Hi

It appears that you are installing Creo 4.0

the licence that you are using seems to be for Creo 3

#Feature Name       = CREOPMA_SchoolSTD3

#Feature Version    = 34.0

#Version            = Creo 3.0

you've got to request a new licence file - which should authorize Creo 4.0.

hopefully that will fix your issue!

Happy holidays !

Martin,

I am uncertain if you received my last response. I attempted to install the license into Creo Assistant and it was refused. Do I need to request another license? If so, please include where to request it from. I have Creo Assistant open and ready. The LAN was turned off per your instructions.

Thanks.
