my account s10208113@connect.np.edu.sg has an error when installing I created another account using my personal email and it is working but i have to use my school email which is s10208813@connect.np.edu.sg which has an error. Can you have a look into my account and see what is the issue. Thank you

Note that the student edition code works once on an account.

What is the software are you trying to install?
