Installation Error with Creo Elements Pro DVD

Hi, I downloaded the software for Creo Elements Pro and I'm trying to install it on my Windows 7 but when I open the setup program it immediately freezes.

It says a problem has occurred and the program has been stopped.

Not sure if this is a problem with the software or the computer, but this laptop is new.

I have tried downloading the software numerous times but the same problem keeps occurring. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
