Installation of Creo 7 on Windows10 freezes

Hey there,
I really followed carefully all the steps in the installation guide. After selecting the applications that I need and clicking install leas me to the window where I can see all applications that are to be installed but nothing else happens. The loading bars remain at 1%. I waited up to 20 min. Nothing happened. What can I do?
