installation problem: creo elements pro 5.0 schools edition

Hello my name is John and my school provided creo elements/pro 5.0 schools edition for practice.

I saw the manual and tried to install it and I actually failed within the first step: after double clicking the setup file,

I saw an error message that installation stopped. I was trying to figure the problem which is:

event name: appcrash

applicatipon name: ptcsetup.exe

application version: 28.0.2010.480

additional information 1: 0a9e

additional information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789

and so on.

It actually worked last semester but now it doesn't work anymore.

Through such phenomenon, I have three questions to ask:

1. Is there expiration date for creo elements/pro 5.0 schools edition?

2. Does the version I got is different to the current version?

3. If version has changed, then has it been provided to international countries as well?
