Installing PTC Creo 2.0 without internet connection

I am trying to install creo 2.0 student edition on my computer, which is a mac, and I am using parallels with windows xp. My parallels/windows has not internet connection. So I am not able to install it, because it still doesn't exist a licence file.

 

Is there any way to do it?
