Invalid file or invalid format.

Title: Creo 12.4 University Edition – Access Denied / Missing License Permissions

Hello PTC Education Support,

I am a Mechanical Systems Engineering student at Hochschule Offenburg, Germany.

I installed Creo Parametric 12.4 University Edition, but I cannot obtain a valid academic license.

When I access PTC License Management, I receive:

"Access Denied – Insufficient Privileges"

It appears that my account is missing these permissions:

• License Management Reporting

• License Management Licensing

My current license file is empty (1 byte), and Creo launches but cannot create new parts because it cannot obtain a valid license.

Could you please verify my academic account, grant the required permissions, or explain how I can generate a new University Edition license?
