Invalid URL for downloading Creo student version

I tried to download Creo student version after the first registration. I had 30days Free Trial for ensuring my computer could run Creo. After I confirmed, I tried to download a student version. But I could not get to the page to download because of the error message I got.

what is Reference #9.a7f33f17.1576607990.6bc3fce8? It said the Invalid URL and showed this number.

I deleted all old programs from the 30days free trial.

 

Can you help me?

1.] you need PTC account to download 4GB zip file

https://support.ptc.com/appserver/common/account/createAccount.jsp 

 

2.] download page URL ... https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp 

 

3.] do not forget to remove all files from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
