Issue with creo.8 educational

Hi
when I entered the license identification as BK800908EDSTUDENTEDUNI , installation is freeze at "processing " , I tried using different laptops, unfortunately I got the same Issue

Here's a possible solution: "Something is blocking the connection between PC and the licensing server. Please make sure that you temporary disable the antivirus and firewall during the licensing process".

I tried disabling the antivirus and firewall, I got the same issue ( using 3 different laptops ), any other recommended solution ?
