Issue with the PTC licence pack

I just created my PTC acount because I need it for enginerring shcool, and I'm told that I was supposed to recive a licence pack via mail and that it is essential to use CreO, but the problem is I haven't recieved it yet, and it's been at least 3-4 days since I created my acount.
Anyone knows what the issue is ?

Hi,

in case that you need to install Creo Parametric 11.0 then read following documents.
