Issues to open creo right after the setup.

When I try to instal Creo 10.0.0.0 parametric with the student licence, i followed the file install_creo10_unistudent_standard.pdf to run it and to setup. I've downloaded every part of creo (parametric, simulate toolkit and so on...) and when it is done, it freezes, i can open it.
The licence is in the text's file, and the source for reach it during the setup is according to it.
I have shown it to a man who setup it often and he do not know neither.

Can you help me pls ?
