Issues with server error when activating license

I am using Mathcad Prime version 12. Whenever i try to activate my license, I get this error: One or more errors occurred. (Server Error)

Update 1: I tried to make sure the windows Firewall wasn't preventing it from activating the license, and put Mathcad on the exception list in the Firewall.
