Learning connector problem

I am an accredited trainer for Creo

I have Creo 2 installed on a standalone pc with direct internet access.

When I click on Learning Connector, it opens ok, but when I try to access Help, I am prompted to enter my login and password.

It then says I do not have privileges to view this content, would I like to upgrade my account?

Can anybody tell me what I should be able to access and/or what the problem may be.

I am using Internet Explorer 8

    Hi Jeff,

    I am investigating the issue. In the meantime, to overcome this issue, I would have you install Creo Help locally on your machine. This will avoid Creo to look to the Internet for access to help.

    Please send me an email to - and I can provide you access to the Creo Help install.

    The same thing i faced. If I turn of internet nd try to access help it says install help. I think in creo 2 addionally help has to be installed.
