LearningConnector is unavailable. Try again

Hi,

 

for about two weeks I get this error message: "LearningConnector is unavailable." I checked what is described here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Academic-Program-Questions/Learning-Connector-Issues/m-p/37224#M679 without success. Is there something else to check?

 

I have to admint, that I am using XP with IE8.

Hi Maria,

I think I have to stick with IE8 on Windows XP. May be time for a system upgrade... Thanks for the information.

Hi  @JanSchmidt,

IE 8 is a problem... Are you able to upgrade it to IE 11?
