Licence e-mail problems

Hey there,

i need Creo Parametrics 3.0 for my work at the university...and i downloaded the version on the ptc website and created an account with my university email at ptc.

I follow the direction in the download file or looked up for some youtube installations guide.

In the video's the guys said than i should have get a e-mail with a licence in, when i join on this side:

but i never got an e-mail like this.

 

From side of my university i have no licence etc. or other help.

Hi,

my suggestion.

 

1.]

Install Creo 5.0 using instructions from http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo5_schools_standard.pdf -OR- https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo5_unistudent_standard.pdf

During Creo 5.0 installation ... license file will be created in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory. License available in this file can be used for Creo 3.0 installation, too.

Install Creo 3.0 ... do not enter Product code ... instead of it enter path to existing license file (in Source field).

thanks for your help, but

when i enter the licence code from the pdf during the installation and after i loged in with my new created acc. The programm is loding and nothing more goes on, the green indicator which cycle around to show that's the code is loading is still running,but after like 30 mins nothing appears or something else.

Hi,

the problem can be related to network cards. Please run following command from Command prompt window and upload ip.txt file.

ipconfig /all > ip.txt
