Licence identification error_Student licence

Hello guys,

I have a really big Problem. I use Creo 3_student licence at home for study work because our university works with Creo 3 as well.

But when I want to install Creo 3, I get this error message (see figure)  and the status say that the Data - file or the format are invalid.

So I can't install Creo 3 at the moment, but I need it very urgent, because I have a Project for my University.

So what can I do?

    Hi,

    check content of license file, especially MAC address of network card.

    And than? What should I do?

    At the moment Creo is still not working =(

    if you are not able to verify validity of your license file, you can upload it and I can do the check for you. Use How to Attach a File to a Discussion Reply procedure to upload the file.

    Also you can email you request to -

    Unfortunately response time is unpredictable.
