Licence issue

I used the code provided in http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo3_unistudent_standard.pdf?_ga=1.44004205.991619151.1478220157 and when i click accept i log in my account, and i get an error, i tried contacting tech support but i havent got a reply from them.

Hi,

maybe installation assistant is not able to recognize network card in your PC.

Open Command prompt window and run following command

ipconfig /all > ip.txt

and publish the contents of ip.txt file. I can check information for you.
