Licence Renew

Hi, I'm Alesssandro Luison 

my Creo 9.0 student license is about to expire in 2 days.

When I start up Creo on my desktop, I am offered the possibility to renew my license.

When I enter my username and password, I get the message "customer not verified", and there it stops.

Can you please advise me what to do? Actually i use Creo for my study.
