License and format invalid

Dear PTC Academic Support,

I am a student at FH JOANNEUM in Austria and downloaded Creo Parametric 12 through the PTC Education website.

During installation, after entering my PTC credentials, the installer displays “Success”. However, the licensing step fails with “License not available”.

The generated license file in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing is 0 KB. I have attempted the licensing process four or more times, but the issue persists.

Could you please check my student license entitlement and activation/request status, and advise how to generate a valid license file?
