License Authentication Failure in the Student Edition

We are conducting classes using the Education Edition of Creo, and our students have been installing the Student Edition on their personal laptops so they can practice outside of class. However, for the past few days, the Student Edition has been unable to complete license authentication, and installation has not been possible.
