License fails after restart

Hello

 

OS Windows 11 Creo 9 or Creo 11
I have the following problem I get a license from PTC. after the restart the license does not work anymore: “Wrong Host-ID” The function rendom MAC is actually deactivated.
I cannot find the Mac that is displayed in reconfigure with Ipconfig / all.
Several attempts in the same after restart wrong host-id.

detailed information related to your problem is missing.

1.] run ipconfig /all > ip.txt and upload ip.txt file to your next reply

2.] upload license file mentioned in reconf.png

3.] upload printscreen which shows that randomization of WiFi MAC address is turned off
