License Failure for Creo Parametric 3.0

I recently downloaded the student download for Creo Parametric 3.0, but am unable to access it. Whenever I open the application it gives me the alert: "License request failed for feature." I entered the license code that the quick installation guide stated, and I noticed I can run simulate properly.
