License file damaged?

I bought last saturday creo elements/pro 5.0 student edition for private use.

At first, I have the same 2% problem like other owner of a web installation version but

I found the link to the DVD-file in this forum !

Then I saw that the host-id in the license-file is a mac adress of a virtual nic, not of the correct nic.

I changed the license file with a ascii editor.

Now, if I try to install the software again and the installation routine asks for the

license file, then a error meassage appear (That is not a valif flexlm license file).

The license file seems to be damaged and the support did not answer me (mail)

So has anybody an idea, how can I fix this problem?

The support send me the correct license file.

Where did you download Creo/Elements?

Can you give me the email-adress of the support?

I tried to send them a mail, but they didn't answer.

I got a similar problem with my license file.
