License Identification error

Ich installiere das PTC Academic Program Creo 7.0 und verwende das Installationshandbuch PTC Creo 7.0 für die Student Edition mit dem Lizenzeintrag. 

 

Jedes Mal, wenn ich die Lizenz eingebe, kommt mein Benutzername und mein Passwort:

Lizenz nicht erfolgreich

Hi,

this is know problem. Sometimes Creo installer is not able to detect network card and therefore it receives empty license file. PTC is not able to resolve it.

 

What language version of Windows do you use ? I mean the language used in user interface.

 

Please open Command prompt window, launch ipconfig  /all  > ip.txt command and upload ip.txt file.

    Hi,

    it looks like Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260 network card is used for network communication. Unfortunatelly I cannot see Physische Adresse assigned to it ... and this is the problem. License file is generated using Physische Adresse.
